SELF
MEDITATION
Atam-dhyan (Meditation on self) is a simple,
natural, effective and flawless system of meditation that purifies
and sublimates the self and invest human life with completeness
and loftiness. Atam- dhyan is a system that leads to total
development of one's self and makes human life meaningful and
purposeful. It also makes human life light-oriented,
truth-oriented and god-oriented.
This system generates unbounded zest for life positive attitude vigilance, cordiality in behavior,
affectionate rapport
in all relationships and a power to discern between the self
non-self and animate-inanimate.
Atam-dhyan bestows suppleness, a new consciousness and zest in
life even as it develops power of resistance and checks and
removes physical and nervous weakness. It liberates one from
negative attitude towards life, from depression, sense of
inferiority and abnormalities of life. It fills one with positive attitudes, self-dependence and noble thoughts.
Atam-dhyan remove tensions, fear, depression, hyper-tension,
feelings of discontents with what one has and anxiety with one
does not possess. This anxiety leads to a madness and utter lack
of conscience. Atam-dhyan generates piety in the heart,
infeelings thoughts and actions.
Meditation is the basis of pious, noble and balance life. Atam-dhyan
is indeed the foundation stone of a healthy, contended
and civilized society.

PRAKASH STHIRATA
Fix your gaze on light. God is light. He manifest
himself in the sun, moon or a lamp. Fix your undisturbed gaze on the
lamp without batting eyelids. Keep your gaze steady and fixed. Don't
let your gaze waver. Your gaze should be directed on light.
Consider the light of the lamp as the form of God, Gaze steadily
with undiluted faith. By and by , the mind will experience divine
peace. The light will cease to exist and you will see inner light;
and then lose yourself in the experience of being one with self.
Sparks of joy will scatter all around and you will be
overwhelmed by a surge of
ecstasy. To realize God it is imperative that
our heart become pure, pious and full of divine love . This system
of meditation brings about sub-lime character, pity of thought and meaningfulness
of life. This system enables you to
maintain your poise and remain unaffected in adverse
circumstances. It is a source of inspiration. It leads an
uncontrolled life to the right direction, setting right the
unorganized purposeless and ignorant life. Atam-dhyan
relives one of insomnia, peevishness blood pressure, cardiac problems
and psychogenic complications. By practicing this, one attains to
divine glory, piety and high valves which finally one to brahmanand-Supreme
Bliss. This system can be
learnt by all, irrespective their religion, caste , age or gender. Aatm-dhyan
can be learnt at the feet of a skillful guide, experienced
practitioner or a sadguru (true master) or by being in constant
communion with him. Thos who are
desirous of attaining to the highest state or supreme state of mind,
may join our three -day or five-day dhyan yoga camps, and may learn
this system at first hand. Intense curiosity, thirst for truth and
faith in the 'guru' (master) bless the practitioners with divine
gain beyond their expectations.

ATMBHAV-DHYAN
Get rooted in yourself. You are Pure, living
immortal. Experience your own glory- 'I am a part of God whose
expansion is this universe. Ever compassionate God is merciful to
me. I belong to him entirely and ever.'
Experience the presence of God's compassion all
around you, every where. you are the most beloved recipient of
God's mercy. God's providence is auspiciously beneficent. Whatever
God ordains is in my best interest. Feel the auspicious presence of
god in every act, event, scene, person and matter: Love animals,
birds, matter, minerals and every man. Expand your sense of love.
Soon your heart will be brimming with joy and you will feel intense
peace.

SAMATVA BODH
Sit with a quite mind, having the same and equal
attitude towards foes and friends, profit and loss, renown and
humiliation. Feel intensely in your mind that all comprehending
harmony is manifesting itself. Sit with sympathetic feelings with
all living being. Shed attachment and envy replacing them with
proper knowledge. With a Quite and vigilant mind feel that all
belong to you. Develop this feeling of affinity and kinship with
all. God resides in every particle and atom. God is all. Quiten your
mind by believing that every one belongs to you. As this sense of
harmony with all developed you will be overwhelmed by inexpressible ecstasy.

SAKSHI BODH
Assume the sukhasan posture, with a mind undisturbed
and peaceful. Concentrate on the agyachakra (the middle of the
forehead) Sit observing. Keep up a mental chant of 'Pranav' (om). As
you chant 'Pranav' concentrate of agyachakra with whole consciousness.
By and by, 'Pranav' generated sound waves and 'Pranav' sound ripple
will awake your agyachakra. Remain fixed on your agyachkra in the
mode of a silent spectator.
Let this process continue. If performed continuously
regularly for a prolonged period, it yields divine fruits. It will
develop in you new energy, sweetness and single mindedness. This
divine exercise can be undertaken at brahmmuhurt (pre-dawn) in the
morning, afternoon or evening.
Sit contemplating the pure, enlighten and
indestructible nature of your being. You are a thought-less,
action-less, beyond-body image of atma. With profound reverence for
your faith sit as a silent observer. Fix your gaze on the tip of
your nose. Sit motionless and with composure. This state is known as
a sakshibhav i.e. state of disinterested observation.

ATAM-DHYAN
Abandon sleep and bed in 'Brahma Muhurat' (pre-dawn
hour) and after proper ablutions sit on a woolen piece of cloth,
sit in the sukhasanor padmasan posture, keeping spinal chord
straight and erect. Place your right hand on your left hand and fix
your gaze on the tip of your nose. prepare yourself mentally for
meditation. Concentrate deeply on your incoming and outgoing breath.
Become an observer of your inhalation and exhalation and the feel
the way you breath in and breath out. Keep sitting Quietly witnessing this natural process of breathing. With unflagging
attention keep sitting as a mere witness of your own breathing.
Do not Hamper your natural breathing. Let your
breathing be as long and deep as it is naturally You just keep
observing mentally the flow of breath. This will let to deep
concentration. Witness your breathing as a living, alert, vigilant
observer. Do not labor to breath in or to breath out. By and by,
you will experience intense peace, stillness and concentration. You
will be thoroughly drenched in 'atam-ras' (Ecstasy). Your consciousness
will take a flight towards the divine state of mind it
will fill you with ecstasy and a sense of contentment you have
never experienced before.
Practice this everyday with utmost patience.
